aboutME
Namaste. I'm Becky and I am truly passionate about making yoga something fun, engaging and absolutely brilliant for little people.
As a baby massage and baby yoga teacher and also as a mum to two children, kids yoga was a natural progression for me as our yoga adventures became something that we enjoyed together as a family.
Combining my passion for yoga and working with children, I trained with Cosmic Kids and the rest has just been an amazing journey.

primary Schools
Yoga sessions for a whole class are fun, dynamic and engaging. Using stories relating to current topics being studied, yoga can be used to explore the subject in an alternative way. The yoga stories also help land morals and enhance well-being with the use of breathing techniques and mindfulness
pre-school
& nurseries
Using much loved children stories such as The Gruffalo and The Very Hungry Caterpillar, we explore the stories using simple yoga poses that completely engage young children.
Simple breathing techniques are also explored which can help tame toddler frustrations
group
classes
Sessions for groups of children including tot groups, Scouts, Beavers, Rainbows and After School Programmes are available.
Covering ages from pre-school to tweens, stories are pitched at an appropriate level for the age of the group of children.
private
classes
Providing pre-school classes within the local community. During the sessions we have fun on our yoga adventure, explore breathing techniques and focus with our yoga games . It is the perfect activity for young children and their parents.
It's engaging, calms the nervous system and it's a great way to direct their energy

Buttercups Pre-School
Becky visited our pre-school and did a yoga and relaxation session with our children aged between 2 - 4 years old. Based on the Hungry Caterpillar children's book, the children acted out the book in yoga poses. The children thoroughly enjoyed the yoga session and it was very age appropriate. This format could be adapted to suit various age groups and themes.

Cayton Primary School
Thank you for a wonderful session of World Cup Yoga. The Year 2 children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was a super cross-curricular session, full of interesting facts that the children loved. The children were kept engaged throughout. They were eager to find out more and so enthusiastic trying the different poses. I am sure they will go home asking to do more yoga.

Rebecca’s sessions are just a great mix of activity and fun mixed in with listening time and whole body movement, great for us. I’ve even changed my mummy mantra from “ please just calm!!” To “be a tree” and it works, he is a calm quiet concentrated tree!! “
